This Partners in Project Green Eco-Business Summit is focused on giving businesses the skills they need to realize energy reduction opportunities – getting beyond the big picture of why businesses should reduce their costs, and giving hands-on training on how to identify, sell and implement energy projects.
Day 1 – September 30, 2010

Focusing on helping energy managers speak like accountants in order to sell their energy projects, this training session will utilize hands-on tools to help attendees build the business case for implementation.
Part 2: Navigating Financing Models
With the business case established, this training session will highlight different financing models to help businesses implement their energy reduction projects.
Stream 2: Operational Management
Part 1: Sustainable Energy Planning
Benchmarking your company against 60 of the world's best practices in energy management, this session will help your company develop a Sustainable Energy Plan that provides a roadmap for reductions and highlights easy, low-cost opportunities from simple management and operational changes.
