Green Business Management Program at Seneca

Seneca’s Green Business Management Program provides graduates with the transformational leadership skills needed to help companies integrate environmentally and socially responsible strategies into the fabric of their organizations. Our graduates are equipped with the project and change management skills needed to operationalize sustainability into the organization’s bottom-line. This helps to create greater value for customers, improves productivity and enhances corporate responsibility for the organization. As part of the program, students must assist a company in developing a corporate plan for identifying, integrating and communicating sustainability in order to help the business realize new revenue opportunities. Specifically, students will: * Identify your company’s current sustainability value position and environmental impacts; * Identify its future expectations, business risks and sustainability opportunities; * Set sustainability goals and targets for your company; * Identify sustainable value initiatives and business opportunities, ranging from risk mitigation and resource efficiencies, to enhancing corporate image and meeting new markets; * Develop the business case for action and a plan to integrate sustainability into your company; and, * Create a communication plan to share your goals and opportunities with external and internal stakeholders
