The revised draft by-laws of the Greater Toronto Chapter of the CaGBC were presented to the Chapter membership at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 22nd, 2010. At the AGM, a motion was put forward and passed by the membership to allow the Chapter to operate under the new by-laws during the by-laws review period. We welcome comments, questions or queries regarding the by-laws from all paid and in good standing voting members of the Chapter until such a time as we are able to convene a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the membership in the fall of 2010, at which the revised by-laws will be duly accepted and motioned as official.
